Oh Lovely Scent
Oh lovely scent, so sweet and rare, That rises from the underarms with care, The fragrance of our bodies, a pleasant air, That lifts our spirits, with a gentle flare. Oh ye musky aroma, of man and woman, That rises from the pits, with no ban, Oh how it elevates our soul, and dawns, Bringing forth joy and laughter, like a fan. In the morn, when the sun doth rise, And the dew doth sparkle in the skies, Our armpits, do release a lovely prize, That fills the air with a scent so wise. It is a smell that many do love, And many do adore, from above, For in it, is the essence of man, With his sweat, and his breath, that’s bland. But it’s not a scent, that all can bear, For some, it’s an odor, foul and rare, A stench that makes them stop and stare, And sends them running, to escape, if they dare. Oh lovely aroma, of armpits bright, That brings us joy, and takes our sight, With a scent, so fresh, and so light, That it’s like a rose, on a summer night.
